Fastcomcorp Whistleblower Policy

1. Purpose

Fastcomcorp, LLC (“Fastcomcorp”) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct, transparency, and accountability. The Whistleblower Policy (“Policy”) is established to encourage employees, contractors, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders to report any unethical, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate conduct without fear of retaliation.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders of Fastcomcorp. It covers the reporting of any concerns regarding suspected violations of laws, regulations, company policies, and unethical conduct.

3. Reporting Violations

3.1 Whistleblower Protection

  • Fastcomcorp ensures that any individual who reports a concern in good faith will be protected from retaliation, harassment, or any adverse employment consequence.
  • Retaliation against a whistleblower who has reported a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

4. Investigation of Reports

4.1 Confidentiality – Fastcomcorp will make every effort to maintain the confidentiality of the whistleblower and the reported information, except as required by law or when disclosure is necessary to conduct a thorough investigation.

4.2 Investigation Process

  • All reports will be promptly and thoroughly investigated by the appropriate department or an appointed investigator.
  • The investigator will gather relevant information, interview witnesses, and review documents as necessary to determine the validity of the reported concern.

4.3 Outcome

  • The results of the investigation will be reported to the appropriate management personnel and, if necessary, to the Board of Directors.
  • Appropriate corrective actions will be taken based on the findings of the investigation.
5. False Reports

Whistleblowers must act in good faith and have reasonable grounds for believing the information disclosed indicates a violation. Reports that are found to be intentionally false or made maliciously will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

All employees are responsible for reporting any suspected violations of laws, regulations, company policies, or unethical conduct.

6.2 Supervisors and Managers
Supervisors and managers are responsible for ensuring that this Policy is communicated to all employees and that any reported concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly.

6.3 Human Resources and Legal Departments
The Human Resources and Legal Departments are responsible for overseeing the investigation of reported concerns and ensuring that appropriate actions are taken.

7. Policy Review

This Policy will be reviewed periodically and updated as necessary to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
